In March 2025, OneHealthcare ID (OHID) is taking measures to enhance the data security on your UHCdental.com account and will be removing the use of email as an authentication option. The following authentication options are currently in place but may require action on your part:
If these methods are not an option for your organization, we’re working on other solutions to meet your needs. These options will be coming later in 2024.
To get ready for these enhancements, we recommend users add/or verify the phone number on your OHID account is correct. If actions aren’t taken to adopt an alternative authentication option, you may be unable to log in to UHCdental.com in the future.
