UHCdental.com self-service credentialing visibility project
Indiana providers are now able to see their credentialing status online by signing in to UHCdental.com and selecting Self Service. In addition to seeing current credentialing status for directly contracted products, a provider can submit credentialing information, message the credentialing and network advancement teams, and be notified when recredentialing is due.
Validate recredentialing status with Mississippi Medicaid
Validate your recredentialing and revalidation status with the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM). This helps ensure uninterrupted maintenance of your enrollment status and continued provision of essential health care services to our community. For crucial updates related to revalidation and recredentialing, refer to MESA Portal for Providers - Mississippi Division of Medicaid (ms.gov). To verify your recredentialing and revalidation dates, use the Mississippi DOM Provider Search Tool and your NPI.
Mississippi Benefit Limit Exception (BLE) Form – CHIP only
Mississippi CHIP will incorporate a benefit limit exception to the existing Mississippi CHIP dental benefit. This exception form process may be used for MS CHIP dental benefit members only. CAN members may receive medically necessary services by selecting EPSDT on the ADA claim form, including proper narrative of medical necessity.

Attention NJ Dentists
To remain an active UHCCP Medicaid provider, you must have an active NJ Medicaid ID and revalidate every 5 years. This process is separate from credentialing with MCOs.
The NJ Medicaid program has reported that IDs for providers who’ve failed to revalidate in the last 5 years have been terminated. We strongly encourage all NJ dentists to contact Gainwell Technologies at: 833-909-1522 to confirm their revalidation status. Please view the Revalidation Instructions from Gainwell for more information. Failure to revalidate may result in termination from UHCCP Medicaid if your NJ Medicaid ID is terminated.
