Effective Jan. 1, 2026, UnitedHealthcare® Medicare Advantage dental benefits will undergo important changes:

• Comprehensive plans: Coinsurance added to non-preventive services
• Preventive-only plans: Periodontal maintenance (D4910) is no longer covered
